A safe space for children to write down their thoughts and feelings, helping them to process and understand their emotions.

This A5 notebook is made of 60 sheets (120 pages) A5 100gsm recycled paper, which are blank. 

The notebook also has a sheet of hard recycled greyboard for sturdiness, and has plastic-free translucent front & back covers for protection. All bound together, by us, with metal binding wire. 

The notebook is made from 100% recycled paper, which is recyclable, bio-degradable and compostable.
